Live Out Loud Scholarship

The Signal Hill Community Foundation is proud to announce the LIVE OUT LOUD SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.  Do you need financial assistance to  take a class, learn to dance, see a theatre performance, or maybe plant a garden?  The possibilities are endless.  To apply for the Live Out Loud Scholarship, click here.
